Rancher:
Our smallest home, to be constructed at a minimum of 1400 sq. ft.
Walkout:
Live naturally at a minimum of 1400 sq. ft. plus lower level
Split Level:
Cozy and inviting, to be constructed at a minimum of 1800 sq. ft.
Two Storey: Make room for a growing family, to be constructed at a minimum of 2000 sq. ft.
Basement Entry:
Recommended construction at a minimum of 2000 sq. ft.
Garages must be constructed in addition to the minimum square footage.
Natural Materials Preferred materials for all homes built in River Ridge include the following:
Hardipanel™
Stucco or related materials
Brick, river rock, slate, and/or natural stone
Non-combustible board-and-batten
Each home exterior is to incorporate three design features, with at least one having a natural wood appearance.
